Our Practice

David founded the Firm in 2004 after serving in the United States Marine Corps. David exclusively practices in the area of Criminal Defense. He has argued cases in front of more than 75 empaneled juries during his years in practice. While he is happy to negotiate a deal for clients that need to resolve their case, he is also not afraid to step up to the plate and be the only voice in the room advocating for the accused. David is an advocate in every sense of the word and truly tries to help each client better their lives before they are through with his office.

Casey joined the team at Remington Law Firm in 2017. In that time she has proven to be a dedicated attorney advocating for parents and families in both Juvenile and Family courts in North Carolina. Earning her Child Welfare Specialty from the National Association of Counsel for Children in 2020, her skills have helped families reunite and stabilize volatile situations. She has proven to be a strong advocate both in and outside of the courtrooms. 

Casey is dedicated to her clients to help ensure they find a realistic and livable solution to their situations.
